Connecting Crossgates is a small project which gathers people together for good in the community of Crossgates & East Leeds.

They CELEBRATE good things in the local area and encourage partnerships. They CREATE projects to CARE for the community and offer a variety of volunteering opportunities.

PROJECTS:
Volunteer Readers listen to teens read every Tuesday at John Smeaton Academy.
Crossgates Chill offers a safe place for people with Mental Health problems to play bingo and share a cuppa.
morethan on Fridays is “more than” just a coffee morning or social group – it’s a community open to all. Join us in a cafe in the centre.
Xpedition Xgates is a series of activities in the summer holidays for under 11s at local churches
Carols in the Park with mulled wine & mince pies
Time To Talk is a partner project, is for anyone who needs a listening ear.
